We deliver across India, to pincodes our courier partners service. Serviceability is checked at checkout; if we cannot reach your pincode we will tell you before you pay, not after.
We do not ship internationally.
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery then depends on distance — typically 2 to 3 days to metros and 3 to 6 days elsewhere.
Your order page shows a committed delivery date range, calculated for your pincode. That is a commitment, not an estimate: if we miss it, you are entitled to a refund and the tracking page will say so.
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹79 applies. The charge is shown in your order summary before you pay.
Where an order contains items from different sourcing partners it may arrive in separate parcels, on different days, at no extra cost. Your tracking page shows each parcel separately.
We message you when your order ships, with the courier and tracking number. You can also track any time using your order number and mobile number — no account needed.
